Returns & Exchanges

Unworn regular and sale shoes may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery date. Returned merchandise must be sent in a proper shipping box protecting the original shoe box. Do not tape or attach the label directly to the shoebox. Returns received without the original shoebox will not be accepted. FINAL SALE merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.

All returns and exchanges require Return Authorization. Merchandise must be returned Trackable ground shipping only. Please email us with your order number in the subject line, to request an authorization number and shipping instructions. Be advised that shipping costs are not refundable; you will receive an online credit for the return merchandise minus the shipping costs.

If you exchange your purchase for another of different value, the credit card originally used will be adjusted accordingly.

Refused packages are the customer responsibility. The shipping cost will be deducted from your credit card.

Shipping & Handling


Shipping is done by UPS ground (See the map to calculate delivery time for your zone), please allow us 1-2 business (Saturday and Sunday are not included) days to process the order if the article is in stock. Your order can be rushed at your request. Please contact our shipping Department at 800 783 7439 we will quote it and make the arrangements for you to get your merchandise when you need it.

UPS leaves the package on your porch unless you specify that you want your package insured. We recommend that if you live in an area where you do not feel comfortable leaving your package that you contact our Shipping Department and they will calculate the additional cost to have the package insured to protect yourself.

International Shipping & P.O Boxes

International rates will apply. We do not ship to P.O boxes

Customer is responsible for import duties, taxes and any other customs related adittional charges that may apply after the shipment reaches the destination country.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 7% will be added to all orders delivered within the State of Florida.

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail and address. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.

We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.

Your credit card is completely safe. We use Pay Pal service to process your payment.

Shopping Online

To add an item to your bag, simply click the add to bag button next to it. (Items you put in your bag will not be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.)

To remove an item from your cart, simply click the remove link next to the item you wish to discard.

To view what is in your cart at any time, click the "cart Contents" link in the page header.

To purchase what you've selected, click on your cart Contents and click "checkout". Follow the three simple steps to purchase your items.

Once we have confirmed your order, an account for you is automatically established .

To access your account in the future, click the "myAccount" button in the header of any page and enter the e-mail address and password you created at checkout. (If you have not been through checkout, but would like to create an account, simply click on my account and follow the steps to create a new account.)
